Ashley's Scholar at Landing Phase II

Essayon Progress Management (EPM) has been contracted as the specialty wood framing contractor on the Ashley Scholars at Landing Phase II project. We always strives to out work, out serve and out give on every project. It's a testament to what we do when we get awarded projects from previous clients like McShane Construction Co. (Check out our other project with McShane - Veranda at Assembly here).

Located in Atlanta University Center, in the middle of Atlanta's historically Black colleges and universities: Spelman College, Morehouse College and Clark Atlanta, Ashley at Scholars Landing is a mixed-income apartment community. The new phase includes two wood framed apartment buildings adding 212 affordable and market-rate units to the development. As a 100% minority-owned company, we serve as the minority partner on this project complying with all HUD requirements as we have on previous projects like Herndon Square Phase I with Capstone Building Corporation, or our first project with McShane Construction Company, Thrive Sweet Auburn.

Since 2012, Essayon has provided construction and management services to developers, investors and general contractors in the Southeast region of the United States. With a combined wealth of 60+ years of construction experience amongst our team, we offer general contracting services while self-performing wood framing in the multifamily, light commercial and government market sectors. We are a minority-owned and veteran-owned business with both our 8a and SDVOSB (Service Disable Veteran Owned Small Business) certifications by the SBA. EPM serves tactical excellence in quality, safety and customer service creating economic opportunities while fostering relationships and doing life with good people. We are building places and building people!
