Phase 1 of the Herndon Square development consisted of Herndon Homes - a mid-rise building of 91,705 sq ft with 97 units of affordable housing for senior living. Essayon had the honor of serving as the wood framing specialty contractor on this project beginning construction in May 2020 and finishing our scope of the project in August of 2020.
